CNW Group - Adamus Resources Limited (the "Company") (TSXV, ASX: ADU) advises that in accordance with the convertible loan facility agreement dated 29 January 2009 between Macquarie Bank Limited and the Company (the "Facility"), 17,032,222 fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Shares") have been issued pursuant to the conversion of 5,921,111 Facility options exercisable at 22.5 cents each on or before 27 January 2011 and 11,111,111 Facility options exercisable at 22.5 cents each on or before 30 March 2011.
